Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases in the svift.lv online shop. The seller is SIA "SVIFT", registration No. 40003679979.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

The contract is concluded when you place the order and receive a confirmation by e-mail. The available payment and delivery methods are shown at checkout.

Goods are delivered by the carrier you choose at checkout. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment made for it.

Goods that do not conform to the contract can be claimed within two years of delivery under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia. Send claims through the form on the Contacts page.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, send a clear statement with your order number through the form on the Contacts page. Return the goods within 14 days after that, complete and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging.

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your statement. The conditions for returning the goods are specified by the seller when you contact us.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer’s specification and to sealed goods unsealed after delivery where they cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

We process the data you give us — name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, order contents and messages — to fulfil orders and answer questions (performance of a contract), to keep accounting records (legal obligation) and the IP address of form submissions to protect the site from spam (legitimate interest).

Data is passed only to those who need it to fulfil the order: payment service providers, carriers and the hosting provider. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Order data is kept for as long as accounting laws require; messages — as long as needed to answer them.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv). Write to us through the form on the Contacts page.

The site uses only a technically necessary session cookie (shopping cart, form protection). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
